Digital Downloads — No Refunds
All products sold on Monica's Web are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, I'm unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
By completing your purchase you are agreeing to these terms.
Something went wrong with your order? If you have a technical issue with your download, such as a file not arriving or a corrupted file, please get in touch and I'll do everything I can to help.
I want every purchase to feel worth it, so if something isn't right, always reach out first.

What Information I Collect Depending on how you use this site, I may collect the following:
Your name and email address if you sign up to the newsletter or fill in a contact form
Your email address and purchase details if you buy something from the shop
Payment information — this is handled securely by Stripe and I never see or store your card details
Basic usage data such as which pages you visit (via analytics tools)
How I Use Your Information Your information is used only for the following purposes:
To send you the newsletter or respond to your enquiry, if you've opted in or reached out
To process your order and send you your digital download
To understand how people use the site so I can improve it
I will never sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it for anything you wouldn't reasonably expect.
Third Party Services To run Monica's Web, I use a small number of trusted third party services:
Stripe — for processing payments securely. Stripe has its own privacy policy which you can read at stripe.com/privacy
Email marketing platform — used to send newsletters to people who have opted in
Analytics — to understand site traffic. No personally identifiable information is stored
How Long I Keep Your Data I only keep your data for as long as necessary. If you've made a purchase, I retain your order information for accounting purposes as required by law. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, your email will be removed promptly.
